How does the video shooting process work?
Once you schedule your video shoot, and complete the script questionnaire and video
ordering process, we will provide you with a script and a document that helps you
prepare for your video shoot. Videos are shot at our studios, or if it’s more convenient,
we bring our mobile studios to a location near you.

How long will it take for me to get my script?
As a general rule, scripts for 30 and 60 second videos will be delivered back to
you within 2 to 3 business days of completing your script questionnaire and the
video ordering process. You will have an opportunity to make one round of changes
to your script. Revised scripts will typically be returned to you within 1 to 2
business days. In some cases, companies will require a legal or branding compliance
review before approving scripts. ProvideACastTM has no control over these types
of approval requirements, so please schedule wisely.

Do I have to memorize my script?
It’s a good idea to commit your script to memory, but not absolutely necessary.
ProvideACastTM provides a teleprompter for all video shoots, so all you have to
do is read your script from a large, easy-to-read screen. We do strongly recommend
that you practice your script, and get comfortable reading it aloud. The more comfortable
you are with your script, the more smoothly your shoot will go.

How many takes will I get during the video shooting process?
Video shooting sessions for 30 and 60 second videos are 30 minutes long. You can
do as many takes as you like within that 30 minute time slot. The more comfortable
you are with your script, the less time it will take to shoot your video, and the
better your video results will be. You will have an opportunity to review the raw
video footage, and select the take that you like the best.

How long will it take before I can see my video?
Once you have completed the video shooting process, we will begin producing your
streaming video. We endeavor to have a completed streaming video for your review
within 3 to 4 days of the completion of your shoot. When your video is ready, you
will receive an email notification prompting you to return to the ProvideACastTM
website to review and approve your video.

How do I get my video onto my website?
It’s really easy! Upon final approval, we will email you with a small code snippet
file, and instructions on how to insert the snippet code into your web page. This
code snippet will allow your video to be streamed from our video servers, and play
on your website. No changes to your web page design are required, as the video player
“floats” over your web page, and is enabled by simply copying and pasting the one
line code snippet into the HTML of your web page. We can even enable your video
for you at a modest additional charge.
